The first step is to get a free informal estimate of your items. Please send us an email with some photos and short description and our specialist will get back to you as soon as possible. If your items are suitable for our auctions, you will also be provided with information on the appropriate auction, a timetable and an explanation of our terms of sale.
Consignment
If you decided to consign your items with us, you need to sign a consignment agreement. This is the contract we have with our sellers in which we agree to sell their property. It lists our terms of sale, commission rate and other important related information. Each item will be assigned a unique inventory number which you can use to check status in the future.
You may either ship the items to us, or call us to schedule a drop off.
Reserve
Although not recommended, you can still have reserve prices on your lots – a confidential minimum selling price. Unless a specific reserve is arranged, a discretionary reserve is fixed at fifty percent of the low estimate. Unlike many auction houses, we DO NOT charge buy-in/buy back fee if your lots are unsold. However, we do encourage consignors to do some research on current market and provide us reasonal reserve price.
Pre-Sale Reports
We will send you a pre-sale report before each auction. This report will provide you a list of your item in the upcoming auction, their lot numbers, the auction date, the estimates and the reserves. Then you can browse your lots online, to check if there is any error.
